Fehlercodes der Corvette C5

I. Einleitung

Im folgenden sind einige Fehlercodes der Corvette C5 gelistet inkl einer kurzen Beschreibung. Hierzu zählen auch die Bedingungen, unter denen die Codes gesetzt werden. Kursiv finden sich mögliche Strategien zur Behebung des Fehlers. 

II. Fehlercode auslesen

  1. Zündung auf "ACC"
    (funktioniert auch mit laufendem Triebwerk; während der Fahrt jedoch nicht zu empfehlen wegen der doch gehörigen Ablenkung)
  2. Jegliche Meldung im DIC mittels dem "RESET"-Knopf rechts neben dem Tacho IPC löschen.
  3. Anschließend "OPTIONS" neben dem Tacho drücken und gedrückt halten während man 4x "FUEL" darüber drückt.

Das Fahrzeug zeigt nun alle hinterlegten Codes im Wechselintervall von 3 Sekunden an. Codes mit dem Suffix „H“ sind alte Codes, d.h. sie beschreiben Ereignisse aus der Vergangenheit, die aber seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr aufgetreten sind.

Sobald alle Codes angezeigt wurden kann man durch Drücken des „RESET“ Knopfes in den Konfigurations-Modus, der erlaubt die Fehlercodes zurückzusetzen. Sobald der Modus aktiv ist, wird „NO CODES“ oder „XXX CODES“ angezeigt.

Um nun den Fehlerspeicher der einzelnen Module komplett zu löschen hält man den „RESET“ Knopf gedrückt, bis „NO CODES“ erscheint. Über den „OPTIONS“ Knopf kann man nun in das nächste Modul wechseln und diesen Schritt wiederholen. Gleichwohl ist ein vollständiges Löschen aller Codes nur bedingt möglich. Einige Codes sind mit Bordmitteln nicht zu löschen.

Folgende Codes sind normal und nicht bedenklich: U1016 H, U1064 H, U1096 H.

III. Fehlercodes

1. 10-PCM - Powertrain Control Modul

P0101 "Mass Air Flow (MAF) System Performance"
  • Beschreibung
    Fehlercode wird gesetzt, wenn der gemessene Wert des Luftmassenmessers vom errechneten Wert des MAP zu stark abweicht.
  • Kriterien zum Setzen
    • >50% Abweichung des MAF vom MAP
    • oder das zeitgleiche Vorliegen für 2s von:
      • Systemspannung >= 10V
      • Systemspannung <= 18V
      • TP < 50%  wenn das Motorvakuum > 65kpa
      • Änderung der TP in 100ms < 3%
    • Bei 100 Systemtests müssen 50 auffällig sein. Ein Test dauert 100ms.

P0102 "Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit Low Frequency"
  • Beschreibung
    System erkennt, dass der MAF Frequenzen außerhalb seines Betriebsbereichs meldet.
  • Kriterien zum Setzen
    • MAF-Frequenz < 10Hz
    • oder das zeitgleiche Vorliegen für >= 0s von:
      • Motordrehzahl >= 300u/min
      • System Spanung >= 8V
    • Bei 12 Systemtests müssen 4 auffällig sein.

P0103 "Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit High Frequency"
  • Beschreibung
    System erkennt, dass der MAF Frequenzen außerhalb seines Betriebsbereichs meldet.
  • Kriterien zum Setzen
    • MAF-Frequenz > 14.000Hz
    • oder das zeitgleiche Vorliegen für >= 0s von:
      • Motordrehzahl >= 300u/min
      • System Spanung >= 8V
    • Bei 12 Systemtests müssen 6 auffällig sein.

P0107 "Manifold Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit Low Voltage"
  • Beschreibung
    System erkennt eine anhaltende niedrige oder fehlende Spannung im MAP selbst oder im entsprechenden Stromkreis
  • Kriterien zum Setzen
    • Messwert MAP < 0,1V
    • oder das bei laufendem Motor Vorliegen von:
      • Kein TP-Sensor-Code gesetzt und entweder
      • TP <= 0% bei einer Motordrehzahl <= 1.200u/min oder
      • TP <= 20% bei einer Motordrehzahl > 1.200PM
    • Bei 300 Tests müssen 150 auffällig sein. Ein Test dauert 12,5ms (also bei jedem MAP-Auslesen)

P0108 "Manifold Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit High Voltage"
  • Beschreibung
    System erkennt eine anhaltende hohe Spannung im MAP selbst oder im entsprechenden Stromkreis
  • Kriterien zum Setzen
    • Messwert MAP > 4,3V
    • oder das bei laufendem Motor Vorliegen von:
      • Kein TP-Sensor-Code gesetzt und entweder
      • TP < 5% bei einer Motordrehzahl <= 1.000u/min oder
      • TP < 18% bei einer Motordrehzahl > 1.000PM
    • Bei 300 Tests müssen 250 auffällig sein. Ein Test dauert 12,5ms (also bei jedem MAP-Auslesen)

  • Kriterien zum Setzen:
    • Lambdasonde hat  nicht > 222mV für 1,2s ODER fuel integrator delta ist nicht >= 16% wenn die Sekundärluftpumpe anschaltet (closed loop operation) oder
    • Lambdasonde > 520mV während 20% (Kühlwassertemperatur beim Starten < 80°C) oder 25% (Kühlwassertemperatur beim Starten > 80°C) der Zeit des Passivtests oder
    • Für LEV, 30% (Kühlwassertemperatur beim Starten > 80° C) wärend der Testzeit
    • oder:
      • Keine MAF, MAP, MAT, ECT, TPS, HO2S, Purge, Engine Protection, Fuel Trim, Fuel Injector, EST, Crank sensor oder Misfire Fehlercodes gesetzt und
      • Motor läuft für >-,5s
      • Luftstrom > 22g/s (Aktiv) < 33g/s (Passiv)
      • Treibstoff-Luftgemisch = 14,7:1 (Aktiv) >13 (Passiv)
      • Motorbelastung < 40% der vollen Last (Aktiv) <50% (Passiv)
      • Zündspannung > 11,4V
